At BougeRV, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your BougeRV account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
